Who is responsible and how to make contact

Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@parlaycalc.co. Please identify the request as a privacy matter and provide only the details needed to understand it.

The controller’s legal name and contact address, hosting and email provider identities, processing locations, and retention arrangements for correspondence and backups have not been verified. This notice does not claim that an unidentified operator’s legal obligations have been fully assessed.

Calculator inputs and results

Odds, stakes, probabilities, outcome selections and calculated results are processed locally in your browser. The calculator code does not send these values to a server, add them to the URL or save them between visits. Reloading a page restores the example inputs.

Copy result uses the browser clipboard only after you press the button. You decide where to paste the copied text. If clipboard access is unavailable, the page offers selectable text instead.

Information involved in using the website

• Technical requests and logs: the web server receives an IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, user agent and potentially a referring URL. These records support page delivery, diagnostics and abuse investigation. Avoid putting personal details in URL query parameters.
• Email: if you contact the site, your email address, message, attachments and normal email-delivery information are handled by the mail services involved. There is no website contact form or account database.
• Preference storage: after you make a cookie choice, one first-party localStorage record remembers the choice, policy version and expiry on this browser. It contains no name, email, calculator inputs or advertising identifier.

Purposes and applicable legal grounds

The technical purposes are to deliver and maintain the website, diagnose problems, protect it from abuse, remember a requested privacy preference and deal with correspondence you initiate. Calculator input processing takes place on your device.

Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, the responsible operator must identify and explain the applicable basis for each activity. Your cookie choice is not consent to unrelated uses of an email, profiling or marketing. No non-essential analytics or advertising service currently runs on this website.

Storage and retention

Calculator inputs last only for the current page session. The privacy preference expires after 180 days; the website discards an expired or incompatible record when it next checks storage. You can remove it sooner by clearing this site’s browser data. If storage is blocked, your choice can be used for the current page but may not survive navigation.

The web server is configured to rotate logs at 10 MB and retain rotated archives for 10 days. That setting does not establish a maximum age for an active log or a separate hosting backup. Email and backup retention periods have not been verified and must be supplied by the operator; no exact deletion deadline is promised here.

Service providers, external links and transfers

Pages, scripts, fonts and images are served from the site’s own origin. The current website includes no analytics tags, advertising pixels, embedded social widgets or third-party calculator API. Hosting and email services still participate in delivering the website and handling correspondence. Their identities, processing locations and any international-transfer arrangements require confirmation from the operator.

Following an external support link takes you to a separately operated site with its own privacy practices. Opening an email link uses the mail application or service you choose.

Cookies and your choices

The current site sets no HTTP cookies. The only persistent browser record added by this implementation is the local privacy-preference record. See the Cookie Policy for its exact name, purpose and duration.

Accept All, Reject All and Manage Preferences are available through Cookie Settings in the footer. There is no automatic banner because the site has no optional tracking services. There are currently no optional technologies to enable. Adding a new optional service would require updating the notice and obtaining the relevant choice before it loads.

Requests about personal information

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to a use of personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. To make a request, email contact@parlaycalc.co with enough context to identify the information concerned; do not send an identity document unless a justified verification process is explained to you.

The site cannot retrieve calculator entries that never leave your browser. Browser-stored preferences can be changed through Cookie Settings or removed through your browser. Rights, exceptions and verification requirements depend on the request and the applicable law.

Security, age and changes to this notice

The site uses HTTPS, same-origin external assets and restrictive browser security headers. These safeguards do not make any website or email service immune to unauthorized access. Avoid emailing sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

The calculators are intended for adults; the site does not offer accounts or knowingly request information from children. Report a privacy concern through the contact address. This page should be updated when its underlying data practices change; the date above records the current notice’s last meaningful update.
