Vig and fair odds
No Vig Odds Calculator: Estimate Fair Prices
Enter the odds for every outcome in a market. The calculator shows how big the vig (juice) is and the fair odds left when it is removed proportionally.
Remove the vig
Enter the odds for every outcome in the market. The outcomes must be mutually exclusive and cover every possible result.

No guarantee
No-vig odds are an estimate by proportional normalization, not known true probabilities or guaranteed profitable prices.
| Outcome | Odds | Implied | No-vig | Fair odds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Outcome 1 | +100 | 50% | 46.15% | +117 (2.17) |
| Outcome 2 | +200 | 33.33% | 30.77% | +225 (3.25) |
| Outcome 3 | +300 | 25% | 23.08% | +333 (4.33) |
How the vig is calculated
Implied probability: q = 1 ÷ decimal odds
Total: Q = q₁ + q₂ + … + qₙ
Vig (overround) = (Q − 1) × 100%
No-vig: p = q ÷ Q and fair odds = 1 ÷ p
With +100, +200 and +300 (decimal 2.00, 3.00 and 4.00) the implied probabilities are 50% + 33.33% + 25% = 108.33%, an 8.33% overround. Normalized, the probabilities become 6/13, 4/13 and 3/13, and the fair odds +117, +225 and +333.
The common two-way line of −110 on both sides adds up to 104.76%: a 4.76% overround, and fair odds of +100 on each side.
This method is proportional normalization. It assumes the margin is spread in proportion to each outcome's probability, which is a simplification. The result is an estimate, not known true probabilities.
Every outcome must be included
The calculation only works when the outcomes are mutually exclusive and together cover everything that can happen – home win, draw and away win, for example. If an outcome is missing the result is misleading, and the calculator cannot check that for you.
If the total is below 100%, the calculator shows a negative vig. That is not a guarantee you can actually bet those prices.
